Czech Airlines Again Named Best Airline in TTG Travel Awards

The airline has won this award eleven times in the fourteen-year history of the competition. The title is awarded annually on the basis of a survey of tourism experts and the general public.In the Best Airline category, the quality of the services and offer of airlines operating on the Czech market was rated by nearly one thousand industry professionals. The general public also participated in the selection of the winners through an internet survey, with more than 30,000 unique visitors completing the evaluation forms on the Sdovolena.cz web portal. The awards were presented at a ceremony held on Friday, 9 November 2012.“First place in the Best Airline category in the prestigious TTG Travel Awards is like a report card for Czech Airlines, assessing the nearly three years of work on the airline’s transformation and restructuring. In order to balance these forces, each expert’s vote carries the weight of fifteen votes from the public,” explains TTG’s CEO Amara Zemplinerová. TTG is an international magazine and one of the most important titles for tourism professionals, which has featured information about the latest industry trends and events in dozens of countries for more than 50 years.
